Prepare the Hardware

Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned components, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
